FC Barcelona fans are still not convinced the 2018 FIFA World Cup will cost a quarter of the amount they were expecting.
According to a survey conducted by the company behind the 2017 World Cup, the 2022 tournament will cost €5.5 billion.
However, the poll also found that fans are less certain of the total cost of the World Cup than they were in 2016.
Only 32% of respondents said the World Tournament will cost more than €50 billion, while 69% are less confident.
The survey also found the most expensive World Cup event will be the 2019 FIFA World Championship which will cost around €200 million.
According the poll, the 2018 tournament will be seen as the most important World Cup for the 2019 World Cup.
However there are some doubts about the 2020 World Cup which will be held in Russia.
Only 36% of those polled think the 2018 event will sell out and the event will cost up to €1.7 billion.
According a poll conducted by sports marketing agency S&T, the World Championship will be played at a venue costing around €30 million per day.
According an earlier poll, 62% of fans think the World Cups World Cup is the most significant event for the 2018 and 2022 World Cups.
