In the trailer, Thor and Loki are fighting to save Asgard, a world where they were born.
“Thor: The Ragnarok” takes place over 10 years after the events of “Thor: War,” but in the sequel, Loki is a different person.
“The movie will take place a little bit earlier,” producer Kevin Feige said during an appearance on “The Hollywood Reporter.”
“It’s not a Thor movie where we go, ‘Oh, we’re going to take over Asgard again.'”

The trailer also features a brief scene of Loki and Thor as they were growing up.
After Loki was forced to take his powers back after he was captured by Odin, Thor returned to Asgard and his people, with Thor having to go on the run from Odin.

According to Feige, “We know that Loki will be back,” which is “a very big thing for Loki.
He’s the father of Odin, and he’s been kind of missing for a while.”
“He’s a major part of the story and we really wanted to do it right,” he continued.
“We want to do something that will bring him back and give him his place in the story.”

While the trailer is mostly about Loki, there are also hints of the Hulk.
While Loki is in the hospital, he tells Thor that his daughter, Nyssan, is alive.
Thor is unsure whether the child is real or not.
“Is she real?
It’s something that we don’t know,” Feige added.
Thor and Loki fight each other.
Thor uses his powers to destroy Loki’s helmet, but Loki escapes.
Thor sends a signal to the Asgardians to come and save the world, but the Avengers arrive.
Hulk fights the Avengers and is captured.
Loki is revealed to be alive.
Avengers: The New Avengers #1 A trailer from “Captain America: Civil War” (credit: Disney) During a discussion about the upcoming “Captain American: Civil Wars” trailer, Feige revealed that the movie will feature a return to the Avengers.
This time, Captain America will be a new hero with the ability to fly.
“You’re not going to see the Avengers anymore,” he said.
“It will be the first time that we see Cap fly.
So you’re going back to where you were.
And Cap, he’s going to be a bit more of a new guy.
He has some big challenges.”
Marvel’s “Thor” sequel is expected to hit theaters sometime in 2019.
“Captain Marvel” opens on April 5, 2019.
Marvel Studios’ “Thor Ragnarok” will be released on July 27, 2019 in the U.S. and in Denmark.
